Aime connects what you told it weeks ago to what you tell it now — the context no notes app or calendar ever captures. Messages and notifications are something you'll look forward to: "I was looking through your data and I found something interesting…" never "You haven't opened the app in a while."

Aime's 3 core components are topics (a set of living notes), a calendar (a collection of events), and the conversation (the way you input and receive information). You don't add entries or press buttons — you type messages in natural language. Aime doesn't replace your thinking — it accelerates it. The longer you use it, the more it becomes yours.

Why we built it

The burden of organizing life gets in the way of living it.

Everyone has more ideas than time and energy to pursue them. Our ideas get pushed aside by the things we need to worry about in the present moment. We build tools that reduce the threshold to developing those ideas, so your ideas have the opportunity to grow and be heard.

    Define a task with a prompt, schedule, and permission list for Aime to execute.     Your conversations are encrypted on disk at rest. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and email 2FA is required for login on new devices.

    Export everything, anytime

    You can export all of your data anytime in settings with no hidden fees or consequences, and you can re-upload your data if you are migrating from another account or want to move to self-hosting.

  • Honest

    Never sold, never sticky

    Your data is never sold and your time is respected. There are no annoying reminders to use our app or offers to spend more money.

  • Open

    Run it yourself

    If you want, you can completely self-host Aime or review its source code. You can easily transfer between the cloud-hosted and self-hosted versions by exporting your data in settings.

Currently Aime can analyze files, spreadsheets, and images, but the next evolution will allow it to execute code against your excel sheets for calculations, search through massive hundred-page-plus documents, and analyze larger more detailed pictures.
